The Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS) shall be the legal authority in whose name the State may sue or may be used for this purpose. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State of Haryana or any officer of the State Govt. or the NIC or Haryana State Counseling Society, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done for the purpose  of on-line off-campus counseling.
